Laboratory Testing of all Drug Specimens.
The Department of Transportation requires that all laboratory testing be completed by a laboratory specifically approved and monitored by the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The laboratory must undergo strict blind testing requirements to be approved. ON-SITE Medical Testing Inc. uses Quest Diagnostics, Inc. for all D.O.T. laboratory testing.

Airborne overnight transport of specimens. Regulated 5 Panel, with GCMS confirmation. 24-48 hour results to Medical Review Officer.

Medical Review Officer Services
The Department of Transportation requires that all testing programs include MRO services. The primary role of the MRO is to preserve the integrity of the testing process and to protect the interests of BOTH the individual and the employer.

Supervisor training package.
Package includes rental of supervisor training video that meets the Department of Transportation requirement of one hour of drug and one hour of alcohol education and all related training materials and documentation. ON-SITE Medical Testing Inc. can also refer you to a Substance Abuse Professional who can come to your site to provide the necessary training.

Employee training materials.
Printed materials that satisfy all Department of Transportation requirements for employee training and record keeping

ON-SITE Medical Testing Inc. is a full service company.   Our standard service is to provide you with mobile, qualified examiners in the collection of specimens for drug and alcohol analysis.   We will also provide SAMHSA (formerly NIDA) laboratory testing, random selection, result reporting, confirmation by an MRO service, blind specimens, required retention of records and statistical summary documentation for the MIS Report.

We can also arrange   and assist you with a "Full Compliance Program." Services available are: Policy Development, SAP Referral, Employee Education Materials and Supervisor Training.
